It's a second floor bedroom that's 11.5ft by 14ft with a 2-door closet and an East facing window. It comes furnished with an L-shaped desk, chair, bed side table, wall mirror, and dresser. BED NOT INCLUDED. It is down the hall to one of the shared bathrooms that includes a combined shower bathtub, toilet, and a 2 sink vanity (one for you and one for another renter). All utilities and wifi are included, there is outdoor parking available. We are a 10min walk from a TTC Kennedy station express bus as well as the TTC 86, 38, and 54 line. It is an 8 minute drive to University of Toronto Scarborough Campus.
