This is separate detached house in the backyard. you will park your car at the front house and just walk to the end of the driveway to the backyard entrance.

— Two bedrooms. 2 queen beds and 1 twin daybed.

— One bedroom is on the ground floor. The other bedroom is on the second floor, and it's an open-concept room. ( Everything is shown in the pictures section)

— We always provide fresh bedsheets, pillow covers, and comforter covers for every new guest.

— Fully equipped central heating and cooling system in the house.

— Dedicated amenities like kitchen, washroom, washer and dryer.

— We provide a Nespresso Vertuo Plus Deluxe Coffee Maker for your stay. A selection of regular pods is available, but if you prefer other flavours, feel free to bring your favourites and enjoy them with the machine.

— A Levoit Air purifier is installed in the house. It removes allergies, dust, and odours from the air.

— SMOKING is strictly prohibited. NOT ALLOWED AT ALL in the house.

— You get your own parking spot in front of the house for 1 car OR SUV,

— if you have more than 1 car, then contact the Host.

— You can use the backyard patio bench set.

— The backyard garden is fully fenced and shared with the owner's family.

— Large garbage and recycling bins are at the end of the driveway.

— For a small birthday OR engagement ( Please ask the host for details). NO Parties.

— Cleaning stuff is inside the utility room and also under the kitchen sink.

— Ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium for heating and cooling. It is installed

outside the washroom door on the wall in black colour.

— If you have any allergies to scented air fresheners, perfumes (fragrance), please let us know in advance.

— 10 to 15 minutes walk to Guildwood GO Station, which directly goes to Toronto downtown. (Union Station).

—Toronto downtown by car, 30 minutes if no traffic.

— Scarborough town centre is just 15 15-minute drive.

— Canada Wonderland is a 40-minute drive.

— Scarborough Bluff Park is just 15 15-minute drive.

— In a 10 km radius, there are so many different beaches, parks and trails.

— 5-minute walk to bus stop & so many shops, food, Banks and restaurants.

—Toronto Pearson International Airport by car, 28 minutes if no traffic.

HOUSE RULES MUST READ:

As a host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in our cozy home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you could follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING.

This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling, as we have a Strict Cancellation policy. Thank you in advance, and truly appreciate your cooperation!

- NO SMOKING in the property area. ( Fine up to $1500 to remove odour and stains) . You can smoke outside at least 10 meters away from the property and close all the windows.

- Please don't put any hot items like Pots, Pans, hotpots, etc, directly on kitchen counters. Please use heat insulation mats; they are in the drawer beside the stove.

- No shoes within the house. There is shoe storage right next to the door.

- Keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm to 7 am. It's a family neighbourhood.

- If the Guest throws up / Vomits in the house on beds, furniture, or the couch, then an extra cleaning fee will be charged $70.

- Kindly dispose of used toilet paper in the small garbage bin as much as possible. Small amounts of toilet paper are fine, but flushing large amounts may cause blockages and plumbing issues. We appreciate your cooperation. Thank you.

- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs/ weapons/illegal social behaviour/fireworks of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

- PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES AFTER USE.

- If you need any help with how to use the washer-dryer, stove, or microwave, you can always ask. Washer/dryer: All-in-one combo available for only 2 small loads. If you have difficulty operating that then plz contact the host.

- PARKING: parking is provided on the driveway side by side.

The new interlocking brick driveway is for guests. Our driveway is suitable for sedans or SUVs. If larger/longer cars or if more than one car, you can park parallel in front of the house. ( YOU MUST INFORM THE HOST ABOUT THIS IF MORE THAN ONE CAR).

Home is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party.

- Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guest's discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

- Please do not rearrange our furniture.

- If you would like to host an event (i.e. Engagement, birthday, graduation, but not a party), please speak with us about it first. ( More than 5 people are not allowed).

- If guests are found to have had a party without the host's permission, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbours, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

- In any emergency, OR if needed, the owner can come and check the property.

- Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, and is also my home, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
