(There is a half bath on the main floor though). We also have an unfinished basement which is mainly used for storage, and a small fenced in back yard with turf for grass. Rent is $750 + utilities & wifi. $750 damage deposit as well due when signing 1 year lease. No smoking, women only, preferably student or working professional. usually not pet friendly but this can be discussed with landlord.
