I'm a homeowner in my late 20s and this is my home, so I'm looking for someone who values a calm, low-key lifestyle, not someone who's frequently hosting friends, going out to bars, or bringing guests home regularly. I'm happy to be welcoming and social with the right roommate, but maintaining a peaceful, drama-free household is a hard requirement. If you're a student who needs a quiet environment for studying, someone who enjoys books and movies over bars and parties, or just naturally introverted or shy, this might be a great fit. This is a safe, respectful, and accommodating space. Open to students (particularly SaskPolytech), young adults, and/or those receiving support like SAID. I'm flexible and willing to work with the right person, but personality fit matters more than anything else.
