It’s also a 3 mins quick walk to the bus stop. No parking available at the unit. 

You will share kitchen and laundry with 2 occupants upstairs.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and frame and a 65-inch Samsung tv. Basic utensils available for use in kitchen but feel free to bring your own.

Monthly rent is $1200 including utilities. 

Fixed short term lease preferred but open to discussing with the right fit.
