The apartment is air-conditioned, very spacious with a walk out patio just outside of your front door so you can enjoy the beautiful vistas our two acre property has to offer. All our apartments have spectacular views, the extra large windows allow ample natural sunlight in, making our apartments very bright. NO CARPETING in our apartments, we’ve installed new laminate and ceramic flooring for easy clean up and maintenance. Our apartments include fridge and 2 burner cook top (no stove just the cook top), heat, air conditioning, hydro, water, high speed internet and one parking spot. Pay laundry on site. This is a NON SMOKING apartment, although smoking in designated area is allowed. Our apartments are being leased for one year term with first month and security deposit required up front, if you require a shorter lease provide details for consideration. Rental application, including criminal background and financial check will be required (at Landlord expense) in order to be considered to rent our apartments.
