Can easily walk to The Plateau, Mile-end, Little Italy, Little Portugal, Mount Royal, etc. Can easily access the rest of Montreal via Metro. Very convenient location. Must be clean, tidy & respectful. Inclusive and kind. Looking to maintain a safe, healthy & friendly environment. We're not into "up-all-night" partying and overnight guests please.
