For September 1st, renting out one bedroom of a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor of a 3 storey walk up, 2 blocks down from the nature museum, between Elgin and Metcalf. My roommate rents out a parking spot for an additional fee from the landlord, but I don't know if he's promised that to anyone else now that she's moving out. The building is older and a little quirky (kitchen has built in ironing board and milk delivery door that has been covered up) but a good layout and it doesn't heat up too fast in the summer, it stays manageable with one floor unit with fans to move the air around.
