This is a beautiful 2-bedroom apartment in Old Ottawa South with an amazing bay window in the living room to let in lots of sun, and a large dining room that's great for having small dinner parties. I will be furnishing the shared areas (note the current photos show the previous tenants' furniture), but your room comes unfurnished. The bedroom is a good size with a window overlooking the backyard and its own closet. The unit also has its own washer/dryer + dishwasher to keep things organized! This apartment also has a beautiful tree-canopied backyard with a BBQ available for use -- a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffees + to host friends. I'll be bringing a TV (w netflix) and coffee machine that you are welcome to use as well. The neighbourhood is a great compromise between quiet + walkable. 7 min walk to Carleton, 8 min walk to Bank St shops, 20 min walk to Landsdowne/Glebe, lots of bus routes + O-train nearby. Parking space at the back included in the rent, however utilities + internet are not (an added 150-200$/month for a total monthly rent of about ~1250/person).
