I am subletting my room for June July August in sandy hill. It’s a furnished room in an apartment within a condo. This condo is a 8 min walk from the university of Ottawa and really close to by ward and Rideau mall. What I love the most about this apartment is the balcony, especially when it’s sunny. If you love it, it is also possible to take over the lease starting August.
