5 minute walk to Loblaws! 10 minute walk to metro (student discount EVERY DAY) ! 15 minute walk to the train station (Line 1) Trip to UOttawa: 15 minutes walk. Trip to Carleton: ~30 minutes train/bus. Our house is always neat, we are respectful and clean students. The house has been furnished over many years of many tenants living here, so we have pots and pans and plates, cutlery, etc. This room is available. If I have found someone, I will take it down. The room has new cream/speckled carpets. All rooms have a window. You absolutely may paint the walls/put hooks in the doors or walls. There is a large storage area in the basement. There are no issues or surprises with the house and most appliances are brand new/ new refurbished. We also have games.
