Looking for a summer sublet! Our apartment is a 4-bed 2-bath located in Sandy Hill, just a 5 minute walk to uOttawa! The neighborhood is safe, with a nice community of students. Our apartment has access to a small backyard as well. Our landlord is super nice and quick to respond to texts if ever there is an issue. We also have in-building laundry across the hall for 2$/load (loonies only). The bedroom available is spacious, with a large window and a decent sized closet. Each bathroom is shared between 2 bedrooms.
