The Norberry community consists of 4 buildings, 3 on Springland Drive and one on Norberry Crescent. They offer a variety of well-maintained rental options from studios to 3-bedrooms. Heat is included in the rent for all units. Each building features their own laundry facilities and on-site staff for maintenance and custodial needs. We have a beautiful 25-meter indoor pool, and a fitness center open year round. The onsite convenience store offers snacks, drinks, and essential groceries as well as UPS services.

You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes, and a short 15-minute drive takes you to beautiful and historic downtown Ottawa. Enjoy biking along the pathways and transportation at your front door. Billings Bridge Mall on Riverside Drive is our closest full-service retail mall with over 85 retailers.
