It will be a three month sublet starting Aug 1 ( exact date can be discussed) and there is an option to renew the lease. The place has underground parking if needed. It is a 3 min walk to parliament station, and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Although located downtown it is still tucked in to a quiet corner of the street.
