Rent is for one person in one room. There are three rental rooms in total that share a bathroom with other student tenants. Rooms are private. Two rooms have a set of double doors between them that are currently covered over. If desired, they can be opened for shared studying, socializing, watching movies together etc. Shared use of the laundry (on the landing outside the bedrooms), kitchen, deck, etc. Purple room (twin bed) and green room (double bed) are currently rented for $700 while the blue and grey (queen bed) rents for $750.
