You'll have your own private unfurnished bedroom on the main floor, along with access to a shared underground storage locker for extra belongings. You will have one assigned outdoor parking stall, as well there is street parking. The current roommate is a friendly 28-year-old male who works 12-hour shifts, three to four days per week. He occupies the private second level, which is separate from the shared living spaces. Since the upstairs loft is open to the main living area consideration for noise levels is important. This home is ideal for one responsible roommate, male or female, who values a clean, respectful, and relaxed living environment. Unfortunately, the space is not suitable for children. A well-behaved, quiet, house-trained pet may be considered. This is a non-smoking home.
