We have a room available in a quiet, clean home shared with professional female roommates in a super convenient spot near Trafalgar & Dundas. All utilities included. Available now for a 12 month lease with an opportunity to extend it. It’s an unfurnished upstairs room with a built-in closet, and the washroom is shared with just one other person who also works full time. We do have a guest washroom in the living room too. The room is spacious and is well lit by a big window. The house is pretty quiet and chill, with no landlord living on-site, so it’s a more laid-back atmosphere. Everyone here is a working professional girl, so it’s a respectful and easygoing environment. We don’t have any pets right now. The place itself is great, it has laundry on-site, a dishwasher, a big pantry for extra storage, dining room,a balcony, and a cozy living room with a TV to hang out in. Location-wise, you can walk to stores, restaurants, and pretty much anything you need. There’s a bus stop right outside, making commuting really easy. Sheridan Trafalgar campus is about a 6-minute drive or around 20 minutes by bus. There’s no parking on the property, but street parking is available.
