This is a Southeast facing unit with beautiful sunrise views, a big balcony and lots of natural light. I have worked hard for the past couple of years to make this place feel like home. What I am looking for in a roommate: - Someone's who's clean - and by that I mean is proactive in ensuring the place is tidy - Willing to follow a chore system like taking out the trash, sweeping etc. - Someone who is considerate and respectful of personal space, belongings and food. - No sharing of the room as the room is only suitable for 1 person There is a direct bus to Don Mills station and Pape station (25S / 925S) just a 2 min walk away Grocery stores, dollar store, lots of restaurants at walking distance. 15 min walk or 5 min drive to Fairview Mall. * Laundry: Available in building
