Plaza with nesters market, bank, auto plan etc is 5 min walk away. Room is on main floor and has brand new carpet, room is not furnished. Room overlooks backyard and swimming pool. Bathroom and shower will be shared with 1 other tenant. WiFi, cable TV, fully furnished living and dining room will only be used by you and 1 other tenant (man in his 50's). Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Looking for clean, responsible tenant to rent on month to month basis. We have two small dogs (Chihuahua and Pomeranian) and 1 large Pressa Canaria. Dogs are separated from living/dining room and 2 rooms being rented by doggie gate. Lots of street parking available.
