We are currently looking for someone to rent one of the rooms in this lovely home in Deep Cove. Our housemate is moving back home for surgery and so his room is now empty. Your room would come with a double bed, side table, and spacious wardrobe. And even a view of the mountain out the window. The house has two living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and balcony to chill out on those summer days. We are 3 english lads in our 20s all working around the north shore. We keep clean and all rooms are private, and love a pint every now and then. If you think this is a perfect choice don't hesitate to message about the listing. Our landlord lives in his own suite downstairs, so we never see him. It is a 2 bathroom but one of the lads has their own toilet in their room. Main floor has a shared bathroom Rent is every month which is 1125 with utilities not included, but only $80 - $100 a month usually.
