$1500/room per person

We only allow 3 students/occupance in the basement

we give $100/month discount if you are two roommates and like to get one private room each , total you pay together $2800/month .

we give $300/month discount if you are three roommates and like to get one private room each , total you pay together $3600/month .

5min walk to bus station, 6mins walk to Walmart and Capilano Mall, 9mins drive to BCIT North Vancouver campus.

No Pet allowed / Non smoking home.
