Home is on a quiet residential side street off Valley Way. Room is semi-furnished, i.e. it has a double-sized bed, chest of drawers, chair and flat-screen TV. The room is for one person. Near amenities, including parks, a few pubs/restaurants, plaza, etc. with easy highway access and public transit. Finished basement with a large-screen TV and washer & dryer in the utility room. Large front yard and driveway. A fenced-in back yard, good for dogs, which I usually have, although not at the moment.
