This room is spaceous with two double beds and can be shared with two students with additional second person fee. Washer and dryer available for use . Hot and cold cereal and coffee and tea each morning included as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime included in the monthly price. If two people want to share this room. Walking path just in front of the house and around the corner from WE GO and train station as well as down town Queens street. Steps from Niagara University (two minute walk) duration is minimum 5 months to max 6 months must vacate at end of April and reapply for next season move in Septembr 2027.
