The furnished master bedroom, with a swimming pool view on the main floor, is available and is ideal for a working Professional or working/student (males preferred). Females who are willing to keep the place clean and tidy could apply. Single person only. This room is set apart from common areas to ensure privacy, quietness and study and is furnished with a queen bed, computer desk and computer chair, lamp stand, desk lamp, wardrobe, bookshelf. A two seat couch also will be provided. This is a large room. A clean, modern shared washroom, living & dining area and a kitchen (electric kettle, cabinet space, fridge on the main floor and the use of stove in the basement) are provided. No food in the room to prevent insects from coming into the house. Outside, there is ample space to walk and a garden seat for relaxation, for International calls, to consume food if needed and enjoy!! There are no children, pets, drugs, or alcohol allowed on the premises. Applicants must be strictly non-smokers, refrain from alcohol consumption and parties, and preferably avoid hosting guests. However, enjoy the garden space, Gazebo, and garden seat. The ideal candidates are clean, respectful, employed, and able to provide two references—one from their employer and another personal reference/ letter from the university. Both the first and security deposit of last months rent are required. Double parking space, high-speed internet (fiber line), and utilities are included.
