Ideally, we prefer a non-smoker of any kind, someone who does not party, and who values cleanliness, peaceful living, and mutual respect. The available room is intended for one renter only and will be shared with another tenant of the same gender who has similar values and character.

Ideal for professionals such as Royal Columbian Hospital (RCH) staff, TransLink employees, travel nurses, students, new immigrants, out-of-province workers, and other professionals working anywhere in Vancouver with convenient SkyTrain access.

Minimum stay: 3 months (long-term stays preferred).
