Looking for a male roommate in their 20-30’s to share the upstairs space of a 3 bedroom house for August 1, 2026. This will be for one private room in the house - and no pets. The neighborhood is a quiet cul-de-sac, with lots of families and children playing on the streets. Located in between the Aquatic center and the highway, and is a few minute walk to VIU. Space is shared with two males. We like to keep a tidy house and would ask that our new roommate do their share of basic chores. The house is fully furnished, except for the room, so not a lot of storage space (we took these pictures before we first moved in several years ago, so it will obviously be more full of stuff). There is a leftover box spring mattress there if you would like to keep it, but I can get rid of it if you prefer. We do have a “Man cave” in the basement that could be put to use as a hangout/living space. We also have a small home gym. Rent includes Hydro+WIFI. The available room is 8.5 X 11 ft, not including the closet - with a new carpet. Please include at least 2 references.
