You will be living with a 25 years old guy, working full time, each of us has his own private room, we will share the bathroom, kitchen and living room. Price includes everything (electricity, heat, water), you will need your bedroom furniture. Through conversations we can arrange everything, and make the place comfortable for both of us. The appartment is close to beaudry metro station, pharmaprix, downtown, clubs, restaurants... The lease ends in March 31st-2026. I am moving out in april so basicaly its a 5 months lease (starting november 2025).
