The apartment is semi-furnished. There is a couch available, and the current roommate already has some kitchen items, including pots, plates, and basic equipment. You would mainly need to bring your own bed and personal items. You would be sharing the apartment with a nice and respectful female roommate. We are looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful female tenant who values keeping the space tidy and comfortable. Please note that hydro and Wi-Fi are not included in the rent.
