The room is a cozy, basement bedroom with a large closet and mirrors and exposed brick/stone wall. Perhaps the only downside is that the window in the bedroom is small. The apartment is ground floor, clean with good-quality appliances (diswasher, washer, dryer) and access to a yard area that we upkeep as a garden and bbq/dining and hangout area. The neighbourhood is in a convenient location, close to Sherbrooke metro, various city bus lines and resturants and shops on St-Denis; yet there is very little street noise and it is a generally safe area with an elementary school nearby. Listed rent price includes electricity, wi-fi, and apartment insurance. Looking for someone to move in for July 1st.
