Hey everyone! We are looking for 1 person to move into our beautiful townhouse downtown Montreal as early as July 1st. Other rooms will be available on September 1st and January 1st. Contact me for more details! — Full Description — The house is beautifully furnished and features 2 living rooms, 2 patios, 1 shared-office, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms and other cool amenities (projector for movie night, BBQ in the summer, breadmaking machine, movie popcorn machine, piano and guitar amps for the musicians, many board games and books!) It is conveniently located 5min walk from Atwater station on the Green line and 8min from Georges Vanier on the orange line. The bedroom is cozy with a brick wall and a private balcony. It is furnished (beside plants and art), but could be emptied if you have yours. The rest of the house is fully furnished and equipped - just bring what you need to feel at home! We are a group of 4 (3 + you) professionals living together in our mid twenties and thirties. We're ideally looking for a professional who works hybrid and wants to take part in communal living like shared dinners, sport, music and other fun activities with the housemates! We are, ourselves, and welcome men and women from various backgrounds and cultures. It's what makes the house vibes great! We are looking for someone who wants at least to lease until August 31st or longer.
