Very large room with a large closet. It’s possible to get basic utilities for the room. You’d have full access to the rest of the apartment. It’s fully furnished with washer and dryer. As of right now the apartment is not really decorated since we didn’t get the time. You could definitely put your own personal touch to it!! The neighborhood is very French Canadian! The grocery store is right on the corner, there’s also multiple restaurants. Marché Maisonneuve is 5min away and metro station just about 15min. It’s a very convenient area with a lot of family around!
