It’s a private room we share bathroom and kitchen in the kitchen. You get your own cupboard. Space you share a fridge with only one other person. We have two chairs outside so you can sit outside and enjoy the outside weather. The room is available for July 1 at $650. The only thing you’ll have to pay extra is the $20 for water bill a month every three months we all get together we get things for the house, being supplies, toilet paper, paper towel, and we all split the cost
