Available August 15 or later. Expected rental periods is 6 to 12 months. Renting out the large bedroom in a 2 bed / 2 bath suite. You get two full closets and a large, private bathroom with large tub + shower. You’ll be sharing the apartment with a 50‑something queer man. Privacy and quiet are top priorities. This is a calm home — no parties, and visitors kept minimal. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and basic appliances. Cannabis friendly, but no smoking on the balcony (strata rules). The building has a small gym and is walking distance to the West Coast Express commuter station. Important: This area is not very walker‑friendly. Please have your own vehicle. Important: There is no shared living room — the front room is used for my hobbies and side projects. I’m friendly, handy, and low‑stress, but not looking for dates or built‑in friendship.
