Hello! I am looking for a lease takeover. I am leaving my place to move in with my partner and have to find someone to take over the lease. The lease is up until February 7th 2027. The apartment is quaint and nice for a single person or couples. It’s a 1 bed 1 bath and if wanted to be furnished I am willing to keep some things here such as a tv stand, coffee table, and couch. Very close to schools, restaurants and grocery stores!
