FURNITURE NOT INCLUDED JUST FOR ROOM REFERENCE!! I am getting rid of my lease and hoping to hand it over to someone from September-April, or earlier in the summer if needed. It's a 5 minute walk from Fanshawe college so no transportation required. I wasn't accepted till December and can't afford the rent for 8 months unoccupied. Room is a great size, shared bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and driveway. All expenses included besides wi-fi is split between roommates. Driveway can fit a lot of cars, back deck, and backyard for lots of socializing. Currently roommates will ask for a FaceTime meeting before viewing due to comfortability and a few being home for the summer. First and Last will be required per landlords request.
