I have one room available in my lovely four bedroom house, located in an up and coming area close to the Western Fair Market. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, as well as a large backyard. Parking is not available, however, you have great access to public transit and all necessary amenities are close by, including grocery, hardware and drug stores. The house is perfect if you are into your studies and need a quiet place in an easily accessible and fairly central area, this would be perfect for you. I have a two room mates who are great to coordinate with and very friendly cat, so no additional pets, please. The room is a decent size and can come furnished or not depending on what you prefer.
