2 rooms, second floor, shared washroom across the passage. Rooms are fully furnished with double, and queen beds, desks.

Second floor:

Large size bedroom available to move in. Option of $750 monthly until end of August, then $750+utilities

Regular size bedroom available mid-June. Option of $800 monthly until end of August, then $800+utilities

Cleaning of the house common areas after each use by tenants. Also, regular cleaning of the entire house weekly schedule between tenants. Snow removal by tenants. The lower rent price includes all the house cleaning, driveway snow removal by renters who has their cars parking at the property.

Parking on separate agreement per landlord approval, but not on demand.

No smoking, no drugs, no disturbance to other tenants allowed.

No guests, no overnight stay,

No animals. Unless the landlord personally agrees prior rental agreement signed. The animal, if permitted by the landlord, must be written in the rent agreement with rules to follow.

To apply to rent must be filed the

Rental application,

Proof of study,

Credit report,

Proof of income,

Proof of rental payments to the current and previous landlord.

Everything must be proved by documents, including bank statements, phone numbers, names, letters of employment.

No rush to move in. Landlord must have at least 2 weeks’ time to review and verify provided documents.

If the list of requested documents is not complete, the application to rent won't be reviewed and not granted.
