Requirements: curfew, quiet time from 10 pm to 7-8 am. Laundy at the lower electricity rates time, and not at the quiet time from 10pm to 8 am, on weekends not before 12 noon.

Drying laundry on drying racks, to reduce cost of electricity. The drying rack also available installed outside on the backyard.

Cleaning of the house common areas after each use by tenants. Also regular cleaning of the entire house weekly by schedule between tenants. Snow removal by tenants. The lower rent price includes all the house cleaning, snow by renters.

Parking on separate agreement per landlord approval, but not on demand.

No smoking, no drugs, no disturbance to other tenants allowed.

No guests, no overnight stay,

No animals. Unless the landlord personally agrees prior rental agreement signed. The animal, if permitted by the landlord, must be written in the rent agreement with particular rules to follow.

Proof of rental payments to the current and previous landlord.

Everything has to be proved by documents, including bank statements, phone numbers, names, letters of employment.

No rush move in. Landlord must have at least 2 weeks time to review and verify provided documents.

If the list of requested documents is not complete, the application to rent won't be reviewed and not granted.
