I’M LOOKING FOR A FELLOW 1L TO JOIN OUR HOUSE There are two female grad students (in addition to myself - male) in the house already — we’re all study focused, clean, and quiet, but also genuinely friendly. I’m starting law at Queen’s this September, so my preference is to find another 1L student to join our group. This is not a party house, but when we’re not immersed in our studies, we would love to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. The house is spacious, in a quiet neighbourhood that’s a 5-minute walk to the waterfront, and a 12-minute walk to the law building. A great little grocery store is less than a 5-minute walk from the house. Rent is very reasonable - especially considering the size of the house. Utilities will be split between the 4 of us. Laundry is on site (no additional charge).
