The home is situated on acreage with miles of crown land behind the home with trails. We have an large inground pool and hot tub for everyone's use. The rent includes food and necessities such as laundry soap, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, ect for 2 people. There are community areas on the main level of the home that are shared with the other tenants such as a large kitchen, family room dining room and theatre room. There is a large deck out the back with BBQ. We promote a friendly and inclusive environment. We currently have 1 kitty in the home. Groceries are ordered and brought into the home every 2 weeks by using the Flatify app. You pick what you want and we bring it in for you.
