The room is located in an apartment above a general store (now an antique shop). It's a five bedroom apartment, two rooms of which are rented occasionally as a bed & breakfast. The apartment has two bathrooms, a study, living room, dining room, music room, pantry, kitchen, laundry room and a balcony looking onto an acre of property. There are two entrances. The building is heated by a hot water furnace and air conditioned with window air conditioners. The building is located in the hamlet of Iona, to the west of Talbotville.
