The house is art filled and designed for natural light and air flow. It is absolutely an ideal atmosphere for study, reading and writing as it was designed to enhance concentration and productivity. All rooms are insulated for sound (the upper family area is soundproofed) and do not even share ductwork. There are secondary crank windows aside from the patio doors. It is also designed to be low maintenance, easy cleaning and fairly resilient to wear and tear. The house is a single family seven bedroom (only 4-6 will be occupied). It is landlord occupied; we live on the top floor without our own facilities (kitchen baths etc). We are therefore an immediately responsive landlord.
