Located upstairs and facing inner courtyard, it is very quiet and a great little space for studying or relaxing after a long work day. Rent includes internet and cleaning ladies who come twice a month and do the whole house. Power is split three ways; everyone pays a third. Shared kitchen means appliances and dishes are available for everyone to use. You'll have the entire fridge freezer to yourself, one third of the fridge, and a full cupboard section for your own dry goods. The mid section of the house is the common gathering area for meals, tv, crafting, and hanging out if that's something you're comfortable with. Papertowel, toilet paper, bathroom hand soap, dish soap is all covered by the house. You're welcome to our laundry soap, but if you have special requirements you will have to provide them yourself. We use non-scented laundry soap, but that is not a requirement. Neighborhood is very friendly and there are a lot of kids and people with dogs. If you have a vehicle there is a parking space in the driveway, if you ride the bus, the 7A and 7B are just a two minute walk away.
