The unit has no laundry but next to the unit there is a laundry service which is around $3 for washing and $2 for drying.The place is just a minute walk to the bus stops, grocery stores, bank, Halifax common, Hospital , KFC, Mcdonald and some restaurants. Must be responsible for keeping the place clean and discard garbage according to the assigned schedule.. Sorry no pets and smoking allowed inside the unit.
