Hi! I am looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in my apartment and this includes your own bathroom. The apartment is close to bus stops, grocery stores, and other amenities. Your rent will be $800 a month, sent by etransfer, and will include a private bedroom as well as your own bathroom, heat, hot water, and wireless internet. The power bill is a separate expense that will be split with myself. The bedroom itself will be unfurnished so the furniture you see in the bedroom photo will be gone. Must be comfortable with cats since I have a cat in the apartment. The rent is due on the last day of every month. Must have references and ability to pay your portion of the rent. Can be on the lease or as an occupant (occupant agreement required) I am looking to have someone move in on June 1 and this is when the first rent will be due.
