Comes with in-unit laundry (no coins!), modern stove, dishwasher, etc. Large back porch with chairs overlooking the yard, very nice for summer, lots of birds in the yard if thats your thing. The unit is fully soundproofed-can't hear neighbours at all. The room available is currently fully furnished with bed + bedframe and desk. Up to you to keep these. Rent is $975, wifi $20, utilities very affordable (more expensive in winter, but most recent bill was $15 for the month of March). Available from July 1 for a year long lease (ends June 30, 2027), though earlier moe in is possible!
