A private unfurnished room is available for rent in a 2 bedroom 1 bath basement apartment, in 10 minutes walking distance to DAL and 5 minutes to SMU. The place is very close to Atlantic Superstore, Sobeys, the IWK, VG hospital and Downtown. The room is available from August 1! The area is serviced by bus 10,24,29,7 and 4, with bus stops in 3 minutes walking distance. The rent includes heat and water. The wifi is 35 dollars a month, and power is around 30 a month per individual. There is in-building paid laundry. The apartment’s common areas would be shared. I am ideally looking for a likeminded student/new grad roommate who does not smoke and I can share the place with peacefully as this is a smoke and noise free building.
