The house is at clairfields and Gordon st. A 10 minute walk from the 99N line that takes u to the university In 10 mins. Bus 5 is a 5 minute walk from the house which takes u to the university faster. The grocery stores such as zehrs, food basic and longos are a walk away with many takeout food places like St. Louis, Tim’s, chucks, etc. The utilities are included (wifi, electricity, gas, hydro). The house is made of 5 rooms all girls who are studying either at Conestoga or uofg. There is 1 parking space that could be available based on first come first serve. This room shares one washroom with one other girl.
