We have a brand new condominium with the master bedroom available for rent. This is new build so all appliances are also brand new. The available master bedroom has an ensuite and walk-out terrace. The unit is located at the ground level. The rent is $1,200 inclusive but no parking spot available. We also provide free unlimited, fast internet and the rent includes all utilities so you don’t have to worry splitting the cost with other renters. The 2 other common rooms are also occupied by 2 ladies, both studying in U of Guelph. The property is less than 10 minutes drive to U of Guelph. We require first and last upon move in. The lease duration is flexible (short term or long term) but we require at least 2 months notice period so we have sufficient time to find a replacement.
