✨ Room Available in a Chill Student House! ✨ We have one downstairs room available in a basement suite. The room is $600/month, with utilities included except for WiFi, which is about $20 per person since it’s split between four people. A few highlights: -Chill and friendly household 🙂 -Cuddly cats 🐈 -Huge windows with nice sunlight and a great view ☀️ -Affordable and tidy space 🧹 There are cats in the apartment, so you’d have to be okay with living with them. There are currently three students in the house, two girls and one boy. We’re preferably looking for a female roommate, but not exclusively. We’re quiet, respectful, and pretty easygoing. We like having movie nights and keeping the place relaxed, so it would be nice to live with someone who has similar vibes. As long as everyone does their part, we’re happy! The space has two shared bathrooms, a shared living room, and a kitchen with most appliances included. We also have laundry in the apartment, plus a large patio area outside. The living room has two big windows with a really nice view. There’s one parking spot available in the driveway, and street parking is also available, except during winter.
